Mission:

Starting the first of this year (2018) I began a new schedule.  Developed to manage my time more efficiently and allow me to accomplish more in a day.  However, to maximize my output I was forced into a polyphasic sleep schedule as well.  Do to my rotating work schedule I could not keep the exact same sleep schedule every night, back to back.  I thusly developed a custom sleep schedule that rotates on four different sleep patterns rotated. In order to track my ability to conform to this difficult time management plan, and to monitor my health and tiredness on various days throughout I am keeping this page active daily It will be centered around graphics of my projected and actual sleep times, and will be accompanied by short notations on how I felt each day. This will be relatively sterile and mostly here for the harvesting of data at a later time as it becomes necessary.
