Because of some family plans and the slow moving wheel of change I missed my planned sleep schedule completely,
I drank a strong coffee around 10am and that carried me through some fleeting moments of tiredness. After arriving home I crashed but was woken by the sound of breaking glass near my head.
For the rest of the evening I was in a poor mood and physically felt drained
I drank an energy drink slowly between 11 tonight and into the next morning
