I went to sleep later than I intended
I started out sluggish and cranky at 8am, but after 45 minutes I was more energetic,
I got a strong coffee at a local gas station and drank it right before my middle nap,
When I awoke at 2 I was refreshed and maintained energy the remainder of the day.
I also used some energy powder and did a moderate workout between 4 and 5 pm.
